My approach is shaped by years of leadership and change

I work with individuals and leaders navigating the moments when something has to change — and when the path forward isn’t yet clear.

My coaching is grounded in more than three decades of executive leadership across healthcare, nonprofit, and public sector organizations. I’ve led marketing and communications at the C-suite level, built and guided teams, and worked alongside leaders facing complex, high-stakes decisions. I understand the pressures that come with those roles — the accountability, the uncertainty, and the cost of staying stuck.

After a long career helping organizations find their direction and communicate with purpose, I made my own pivot: toward working more directly with the people inside those organizations. As a Martha Beck Certified Wayfinder Life Coach, I now help executives, mid-career professionals, and women in transition step back, gain perspective, and move forward with clarity and intention.

My approach blends practical insight with deep listening and thoughtful questioning. I’m not here to hand you answers — I’m here to help you find yours. Together, we create space to think more clearly, reconnect with what actually matters, and make decisions that are both grounded and genuinely yours.

I work with clients through one-on-one coaching, group programs, and speaking engagements.

If something in you is ready to shift, I’d love to talk. Schedule a free Clarity Call and let’s explore what’s possible.

About Martha Beck Wayfinder Coaching

Martha Beck Wayfinder Coaching is based on the idea that meaningful change comes not from pushing harder, but from understanding what’s getting in the way and reconnecting with what matters most.

At the center is the “Change Cycle,” a model that helps people recognize where they are in a process of change, uncover obstacles, and move forward in a more natural and sustainable way. Grounded in the belief that people already have a sense of what is right for them, this approach creates space for reflection, insight, and thoughtful action.
